Fall Goals

I decided (before I go to get that cider) that my list of goals needed to be completely updated, seeing as most of them were out of date from before. So, I present to you, my fellow weightloss bloggers, my list of Fall Goals as of this moment right now on September 16, 2011.

1. To Break 200 lbs.

2. To see the 180s.

3. To comfortably sit in a rollercoaster seat.

4. To teach my first Zumba (r) class.  

5. To not wear a W any longer.

6. To get rid of my Fat Pants.

7. To see the 150s.

8. To run for 10 minutes straight.

9. To run for 30 minutes straight.

10. To run a 5k race.

11. To run a 10k.

12. To teach a Zumbatomic(r) Class.

13. To go 10 days without soda.

14. To go 100 days without soda.

15. To lose the next 10 pounds.
